FOBL FUNDRAISERS RAISE £10,000 IN 9 MONTHS

Friends of Barham Library have raised over £10,000 from April to December 2012. We hope this will be enough for one year’s rent for the closed Barham Library building in Barham Park.

All we need now is for 5 Labour Councillors acting as Trustees of the Barham Park Charity to agree to rent the building to us.

Our fundraising continues as we need to raise more money to afford a long term lease for the building and secure the library for many years to come.

Come and support us by coming to our temporary library at 428 High Road Wembley HA09 6AH (near Argos, KFC & Daniels Estate Agents. We are currently open on 3 days each week – Saturdays 11 to 5p.m. and Mondays & Wednesdays 12 to 5p.m.
